Returned Merchandise Authorization

A pre-numbered Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued to a customer who needs to return an item(s) to Dusenbery Converting Systems Randolph to request an exchange or credit. It is very important to have the RMA number posted on the outside of the returned package in order to process the returned items properly. Failure to comply with this condition may delay the issuance of any credit and or may result in the refusal of the shipment.

After you receive your RMA number, you must return all parts, related accessories and any original manufacturer’s packing materials ( including literature) within 30 days of the RMA issuance date. Credit approval is subject to a timely receipt and inspection of the returned products.

If the product is not returned within 30 days, a reduction in credit or cancellation of the RMA may result. If the RMA number is cancelled, the customer is responsible to pay the invoice in full.

Non-Returnable Parts

Parts made to order due to age of machine and/or special options or unique dimensions requested by customer.

Restocking Charge

All returns are subject to a restocking charge of no less than 20%.

Warranty Procedure

You must contact our tech support team first by calling (973) 366-7500 to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. If it is determined that the part maybe defective, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued as outlined above.

Warranty Forfeiture

Warranty is not granted if a product is received without an RMA number. Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer’s warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. All replacement/repaired products will be shipped via UPS Ground or other suitable carrier at Dusenbery Converting Systems’s discretion. If faster delivery is requested, cost of the shipping upgrade must be authorized for payment by customer. In addition, we reserve the right to cross-charge for damage to the item(s) which resulted during shipping.
