Dusenbery Converting Systems Offers Customers the Ability to Rebuild Older Equipment

To help our customers maintain the cutting edge of slitting/rewinding technology, Dusenbery Converting Systems offers the availability to rebuild, upgrade and update older Dusenbery equipment. Dusenbery customers can customize their existing equipment and add new features that would otherwise not be available on older models, such as differential rewinding, locked core winding, pneumatic lay-on rolls, replacing hydraulic power units with electric drives and PLC controls.

To determine what upgrades and improvements can be made to existing equipment, Dusenbery technicians will review the machinery’s current capabilities, meet with customers to discuss what additional features are desired and determine exactly what additions can be incorporated into the current model design. This Rebuild service offers customers the ability to extend and expand the life of their older Dusenbery equipment. As with our new machinery, all Rebuild work is warranteed for one year from completion of your upgrade.
